Ways to Give

Donate Online

Library supporters can make either recurring or one-time donations to the Foundation using our online donation form from a computer or mobile device. There is an option to dedicate your gift and, unless otherwise specified, your gift will be dedicated to where help is most needed.

Gifts by Check

Donations by check should be made payable to the “Bloomfield Public Library Foundation” and mailed to 90 Broad Street, Bloomfield, NJ 07003. Alternatively, checks enclosed in an envelope marked for “Bloomfield Public Library Foundation” may also be handed directly to a librarian at the main library during hours of operation.

Corporate Matching Programs

Many companies sponsor matching gift programs to encourage philanthropy among their employees, and some will even match contributions made by spouses and retirees. Contact your employer to find out if they will double or maybe even triple the impact of your gift to the Bloomfield Public Library Foundation.

Planned Giving

Through bequests, beneficiary designations, charitable trusts, and IRA qualified charitable distributions, you can meet your charitable and financial goals, providing for your loved ones and supporting the library at the same time.
